So since making my “no fast food and no soda” pack, I have had fast food only once! Which I know I shouldn’t have had any at all; however, I know once is better than what I was doing!
I eat protein at every meal and snack, and have lowered my carb intake except on training days. I can honestly say that I love working out, one decision at a time on the food that I use at fuel!
